Captain Henry John Peachey, 3rd Baron Selsey was born on 4 September 1787. He was the son of John Peachey, 2nd Baron Selsey and Hester Elizabeth Jennings. He married Hon. Anne Maria Louisa Irby, daughter of Sir Frederick Irby, 2nd Baron Boston and Christian Methuen, on 21 October 1817.1 He died on 10 March 1838 at age 50 at Florence, Italy.2,3 He was buried on 12 June 1838 at West Dean, Sussex, England.3,4

She was the daughter of Sir Frederick Irby, 2nd Baron Boston and Christian Methuen.1 She married Captain Henry John Peachey, 3rd Baron Selsey, son of John Peachey, 2nd Baron Selsey and Hester Elizabeth Jennings, on 21 October 1817.1 She died on 19 December 1870 at age 78.1
