     Arthur Robert Mills, 3rd Baron Hillingdon of Hillingdon was born on 13 October 1891. He was the son of Charles William Mills, 2nd Baron Hillingdon of Hillingdon and Hon. Alice Marion Harbord.1 He married Hon. Edith Mary Winifred Cadogan, daughter of Henry Arthur Cadogan, Viscount Chelsea and Hon. Mildred Cecilia Harriet Sturt, on 8 August 1916.2 He died on 5 December 1952 at age 61.
     Arthur Robert Mills, 3rd Baron Hillingdon of Hillingdon succeeded to the title of 3rd Baron Hillingdon of Hillingdon, co. Middlesex [U.K., 1886] on 6 April 1919.1
