     John Dudley North, 13th Lord North was born on 7 June 1917.1 He was the son of Dudley William John North and Dorothy Donne.1 He married Margaret Glennie, daughter of W. H. Glennie, in 1940.1 He died on 19 December 1941 at age 24, killed in action in H.M.S. Neptune, when it was sunk by enemy mines in the Mediterranean.1
     John Dudley North, 13th Lord North succeeded to the title of 13th Lord North on 10 December 1938.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 On his death, his barony fell into abeyance his two sisters.1

Lettice Annesley, on 23 September 1950.1
     From 17 September 1937, her married name became Graham. Circa 1938 she was granted the rank of a baron's daughter.1 From 23 September 1950, her married name became Bowlby.
