     Bernard Ward was born in 1654.1 He was the son of Nicholas Ward and Sarah Buckworth.1 He married Anne Ward, daughter of Richard Ward, in 1681.1 He died in 1690, killed in a duel.1
     Bernard Ward lived at Castle Ward, County Down, Ireland.1

     Nicholas Ward was born in 1630.1 He was the son of Bernard Ward and Anne West.1 He married Sarah Buckworth, daughter of Rt. Rev. Theophilius Buckworth and Sarah Ussher.1
     Nicholas Ward lived at Castle Ward, County Down, Ireland.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Downpatrick between 1661 and 1666.1

     Fanny Cecilia Greville was the daughter of Vice-Admiral Henry Francis Greville. She married Vice-Admiral Sir Charles Eden, son of Sir Frederick Morton Eden, 2nd Bt. and Anne Smith, on 30 April 1866. She died on 18 July 1912.
     Her married name became Eden.

     Vice-Admiral Hyde Parker was the son of Admiral Sir Hyde Parker and Anne Boteler. He married Caroline Eden, daughter of Sir Frederick Morton Eden, 2nd Bt. and Anne Smith, on 16 July 1821.1 He died on 26 May 1854.
     Vice-Admiral Hyde Parker was invested as a Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.).1 He gained the rank of Vice-Admiral in the service of the Royal Navy.
