She married Erich II Herzog von Braunschweig-Kalenberg, son of Erich I Herzog von Braunschweig-Kalenberg and Elisabeth von Hohenzollern, in 1575. She married Marcus von Ryes in 1598. She died after 1617.

     Wilhelm I Landgraf von Unter-Hessen was born on 4 July 1466. He was the son of Ludwig II Landgraf von Hessen.1 He married Anne von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel-Kalenberg, daughter of Wilhelm II Herzog von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel-Kalenberg and Elisabeth zu Stolberg-Wernigerode, on 17 February 1488. He died on 8 February 1515 at age 48.
     Wilhelm I Landgraf von Unter-Hessen also went by the nick-name of Wilhelm 'the Elder'.1 He succeeded to the title of Landgraf von Unter-Hessen in 1471.1 He abdicated as Landgrave of Lower Hesse in 1493.1

He was the son of Wilhelm I Herzog von Braunschweig-Lüneburg and Cecilie von Hohenzollern.1 He married, firstly, Anne von Braunschweig-Grubenhagen, daughter of Erich I Herzog von Braunschweig-Grubenhagen and Elisabeth von Braunschweig-Göttingen, on 1 February 1463. He married, secondly, Margaret von Rietburg, daughter of Conrad V Graf von Rietburg and Jacoba von Neuenah, on 16 November 1483. He died on 5 March 1495.
     Friedrich II Herzog von Braunschweig-Kalenberg also went by the nick-name of Friedrich 'the Turbulent'. He was a member of the House of Guelph.1 He gained the title of Herzog von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel in 1482. He gained the title of Herzog von Braunschweig-Kalenberg in 1483.1 He was deposed as Duke of Brunswick-Wolfenbuttel in 1484.1
