He married, secondly, Eleanore Erdmuthe Luise Prinzessin von Sachsen-Eisenach, daughter of Johann Georg I Herzog von Sachsen-Eisenach and Joanetta von Sayn-Wittgenstein, on 4 November 1681 at Eisenach, Germany. He died on 22 March 1686 at age 31 at Auspach.
