Robin Hugh Warrender was born on 24 December 1927.1 He was the son of Victor Alexander George Anthony Warrender, 1st Baron Bruntisfield and Dorothy Rawson.1 He married Gillian Elizabeth Rossiter, daughter of Leonard Lewis Rossiter and Elsie Rose Oppenheimer, on 16 October 1951.1 He died on 6 April 2004 at age 76.2

She and Leonard Lewis Rossiter were divorced in 1950. She married, secondly, Colonel Herbert Louis Mostyn-Owen, son of Lt.-Col. Charles Roger Mostyn-Owen, on 22 December 1952.
     From 12 July 1922, her married name became Rossiter. From 22 December 1952, her married name became Mostyn-Owen.

     Sir Bernard Oppenheimer, 1st Bt. was born on 13 February 1866.2 He was the son of Eduard Oppenheimer and Nanette (?)3,4 He married Lena Straus, daughter of Michael Straus, on 10 September 1890.2 He died on 13 June 1921 at age 55.2
     He was chairman of South African Diamond Corporation and New Vaal River Diamond and Exploration Company.2 He inaugurated diamond-cutting factories for Discharged and Disabled Soldiers.2 He was created 1st Baronet Oppenheimer, of Stoke Poges, co. Buckingham [U.K.] on 18 January 1921.2

     Colonel Herbert Louis Mostyn-Owen was born on 26 September 1905.2 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Charles Roger Mostyn-Owen. He married, firstly, Susan Dorothy Mostyn-Owen-Jodrell, daughter of Lt.-Col. Henry Ramsden-Jodrell and Dorothy Lynch Cotton-Jodrell, on 8 November 1933.3 He and Susan Dorothy Mostyn-Owen-Jodrell were divorced in 1952.3 He married, secondly, Elsie Rose Oppenheimer, daughter of Sir Bernard Oppenheimer, 1st Bt. and Lena Straus, on 22 December 1952. He died on 17 February 1972 at age 66.3
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the 19th King George's Own Lancers, Indian Army.3
