     Rowland Eyles Egerton was born on 14 September 1804. He was the son of Reverend Rowland Egerton and Emma Croxton. He married Mary Brooke, daughter of Sir Richard Brooke, 6th Bt. and Harriot Cunliffe, on 7 May 1831.2 He died on 6 December 1891 at age 87.2
     Rowland Eyles Egerton held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1 He lived at Arley Hall, Cheshire, England.1

     Sir Richard Brooke, 6th Bt. was born on 18 August 1785 at Norton Priory, Cheshire, England.2 He was the son of Sir Richard Brooke, 5th Bt. and Mary Cunliffe.1 He married Harriot Cunliffe, daughter of Sir Foster Cunliffe, 3rd Bt. and Harriot Kinloch, on 4 December 1809 at Gresford, Denbighshire, Wales.2 He died on 11 November 1865 at age 80 at Norton Priory, Cheshire, England.2 He was buried at Runcorn, Cheshire, England.2
     Sir Richard Brooke, 6th Bt. succeeded to the title of 6th Baronet Brooke, of Norton Priory, co. Chester [E., 1662] on 6 March 1795.1 He matriculated at Christ Church College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, on 24 October 1804.2 He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Civil Laws (D.C.L.) by Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, on 5 July 1810.2 He held the office of Sheriff of Cheshire from 1817 to 1818.2
