     Captain John Nichol Kennard was born on 4 September 1913.2 He was the son of Captain Howard John Kennard and Ethel Frances Vavasour Witts.3 He married Ann Claire Borrer, daughter of Clifford Dalison Borrer and Claire Bonham-Carter, on 2 June 1939.2 He died on 15 November 1957 at age 44.1
     He was educated at Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, Devon, England.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Navy.2

     Reverend Robert Bruce Kennard was born on 8 May 1824.2 He was the son of Robert William Kennard and Mary Ann Challis.3 He married, firstly, Anne Grace Davies, daughter of John Davies, on 16 December 1848.2 He married, secondly, Marie Magdalena Bade, daughter of Charles Bade, after 1878.1 He died on 10 March 1895 at age 70.1
     He was the Rector at Marnhull, Dorset, England.1 He lived at Gatcombe, Isle of Wight, England.1
