     From before 1934, her married name became Brown.¹ From 9 May 1934, her married name became Ward.¹

     Thomas William Kennard was born on 29 August 1825.³ He was the son of Robert William Kennard and Mary Ann Challis.² He married Octavia Smale, daughter of S. Smale.³ He died on 10 September 1893 at age 68.¹
