     Very Rev. Hon. John Hewitt was born circa 1756 at Coventry, Warwickshire, England.3 He was the son of James Hewitt, 1st Viscount Lifford and Mary Rhys Williams.2,3 He married Jane Moore, daughter of Dr. John Moore and Frideswide Coddington, in August 1779.3 He was also reported to have been married in July 1799.4 He died on 14 May 1804.2
     Very Rev. Hon. John Hewitt held the office of Dean of Cloyne.4

Sir Henry King and Mary Hewitt.1 He married Mary Blayney, daughter of Robert Blayney.2 He married, firstly, Alicia Coote, daughter of Chidley Coote and Anne Hewitt, on 14 June 1831.1 He married, secondly, Avarina Jane Lawson, daughter of Captain John Lawson, on 29 September 1857.1 He died on 19 November 1868 at age 61.1
     Captain John Wingfield King gained the rank of Captain in the service of the British Army.1
