     Catherine Russell was the daughter of John Russell and Marjory McIintosh.1 She married John Hay, son of Andrew Hay and Mary Allardice, on 26 April 1752 at Rathven.1,2 She married John Hay, son of Andrew Hay and Mary Allardice, on 30 April 1752 at Banff, Banffshire, Scotland.2 She died on 12 August 1775.2
     Catherine Russell also went by the nick-name of Katie.2 From 26 April 1752, her married name became Hay.1

     John Hay was the son of Andrew Hay and Mary Allardice.1,2 He married Catherine Russell, daughter of John Russell and Marjory McIintosh, on 26 April 1752 at Rathven.1,2 He married Catherine Russell, daughter of John Russell and Marjory McIintosh, on 30 April 1752 at Banff, Banffshire, Scotland.2 He died in 1785 at London, England, without issue.3,2 He was buried at St. Bartholomew Church, London, England.2

     Andrew Hay was born circa 1690.2 He was the son of Andrew Hay and Lilias Forbes.2 He married, firstly, Ann Ogilvy, daughter of Sir Alexander Ogilvy of Forglen and Mary Allardice, circa 1713.2 He married, secondly, Mary Allardice, daughter of Sir George Allardice of Allardice and Anna Ogilvy, on 23 December 1721.2 He died on 1 December 1750.2
     Andrew Hay was Collector of Supply for Banffshire.2 He was a practising Writer to the Signet (W.S.).2 He lived at Mountblairy, Alvah, Banffshire, Scotland.1 He had two children by his first wife, both of whom died in infancy.2

     Sir Thomas Calder, 2nd Bt. was born on 6 June 1682 at Muirton, Kinloss, Morayshire, Scotland.2 He was the son of Sir James Calder, 1st Bt. and Grizel Innes.2 He married Christian Scott, daughter of Sir John Scott, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Bennet, on 7 December 1711 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.2 He died circa January 1760 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.2 He was buried on 31 January 1760 at Canongate, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.2
     Sir Thomas Calder, 2nd Bt. succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Calder, of Muirton [in the parish of Kinloss, co. Moray] [N.S., 1686] in 1711.2 In 1715 he was involved in the Uprising, and was imprisoned, although not attainted.2
