     Jane Mackay was the daughter of John Mackay, Lord Reay. She married, firstly, Robert Gordon, son of John Gordon, 14th Earl of Sutherland and Lady Jean Drummond, on 14 November 1665. She married, secondly, Hugh Mackay in March 1676.
     From 14 November 1665, her married name became Gordon. From March 1676, her married name became Mackay.
