     From 1919, her married name became Allan.1 From 6 May 1932, her married name became Boyd.1

     Francis Kinloch was born on 6 October 1863 at Athelstaneford, East Lothian, ScotlandG.2,3 He was the son of Sir Alexander Kinloch of Gilmerton, 10th Bt. and Lucy Charlotte Anstruther.2 He married Marion Eva Marshall, daughter of Charles Nairne Marshall, on 25 March 1896.2 He died on 18 May 1916 at age 52.2
     He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 He graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)2 He was a practising Advocate.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for East Lothian.2

     Sir Alexander Kinloch of Gilmerton, 10th Bt. was born on 1 February 1830.1 He was the son of Sir David Kinloch of Gilmerton, 9th Bt. and Eleanor Hyndford Gibson-Carmichael.1,2 He was baptised on 9 April 1830 at Kirkurd, Peebles-shire, ScotlandG.3 He married Lucy Charlotte Anstruther, daughter of Sir Ralph Abercromby Anstruther of Balcaskie, 4th Bt. and Mary Jane Torrens, on 12 August 1852.1 He died on 11 March 1912 at age 82.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in 1854 in the Grenadier Guards.1 He fought in the Crimean War.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Haddington.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Haddington.1 He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Kinloch, of Gilmerton [N.S., 1686] on 23 February 1879.1

     Lucy Charlotte Anstruther was the daughter of Sir Ralph Abercromby Anstruther of Balcaskie, 4th Bt. and Mary Jane Torrens.1 She married Sir Alexander Kinloch of Gilmerton, 10th Bt., son of Sir David Kinloch of Gilmerton, 9th Bt. and Eleanor Hyndford Gibson-Carmichael, on 12 August 1852.1 She died on 14 November 1903.1
     From 12 August 1852, her married name became Kinloch.1

     Lt.-Col. Henry Alexander Boyd was born on 11 July 1877.1 He was the son of Rt. Hon. Sir Walter Boyd, 1st Bt. and Annie Catherine Anderson.1 He married Moya Exham, daughter of John Shaw Exham, on 22 July 1908.1 He died on 1 November 1943 at age 66.1
     He fought in the Boer War between 1901 and 1902.1 He fought in the First World War, and was mentioned in dispathces four times.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Field Artillery.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1916.1 He was awarded the Chevalier, Ordre national de la Légion d'honneur.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1919.1
