     Edward Grey was born illegitimately before 1548.2 He was the son of Edward Grey, 4th Lord Grey (of Powis).2 He married Chrysogona Giffard, daughter of Sir John Giffard and Elizabeth Throckmorton, circa 1563.3 He died after 1601.1
     Edward Grey lived at Buildwas, Shropshire, England.1

     Elizabeth Bland was the daughter of Richard Bland.1 She married Sir Philip Cary, son of Sir Edward Cary and Katherine Knyvett.2 She died in 1623.2
     Her married name became Cary.2
