     Margaret Compton is the daughter of Sir Henry Compton, 1st Lord Compton.1 She married Henry Mordaunt, 4th Lord Mordaunt, son of Lewis Mordaunt, 3rd Lord Mordaunt and Elizabeth Darcy, before 1 October 1593.2
     Her married name became Mordaunt.1

     Elizabeth Cary was baptised on 1 September 1611 at Great Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, England.1 She was the daughter of Sir Philip Cary and Elizabeth Bland.1 She married Sir Humphrey Brigges, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Morton Brigges, 1st Bt. and Chrisogena Grey, circa 1630.1
     From circa 1630, her married name became Brigges.1

     Lewis Mordaunt, 3rd Lord Mordaunt was born on 21 September 1538.1 He was the son of John Mordaunt, 2nd Lord Mordaunt and Ela FitzLewis.1,2 He married Elizabeth Darcy, daughter of Sir Arthur Darcy and Mary Carew. He died on 16 June 1601 at age 62 at Drayton Manor House, Northamptonshire, England.3
     Lewis Mordaunt, 3rd Lord Mordaunt gained the title of 3rd Lord Mordaunt.

     John Mordaunt, 1st Lord Mordaunt was born between 1480 and 1485.1 He was the son of Sir John Mordaunt and Edith Latimer.1 He married Elizabeth Vere, daughter of Sir Henry Vere and Isabella Tresham, from 21 March 1499 to 2 September 1499. He died on 18 August 1562 at Turvey, Bedfordshire, England.1
     John Mordaunt, 1st Lord Mordaunt gained the title of 1st Lord Mordaunt.
