Gerald Richard Brooke was born on 29 April 1852.1 He was the son of Francis Richard Brooke and Hon. Henrietta Monck.1 He married Lady Kathleen Maude Maude, daughter of Cornwallis Maude, 1st and last Earl De Montalt of Dundrum, on 10 April 1875.1 He died on 26 April 1891 at age 38.1

Lt.-Col. Ronald George Brooke was born on 25 September 1866.1 He was the son of Sir Victor Alexander Brooke, 3rd Bt. and Alice Sophia Bellingham.1 He married Haller Horwitz, daughter of Orville Horwitz, on 6 May 1908.1 He died on 28 November 1930 at age 64.1
