     Sir Reginald Hervey Hoare was born on 19 July 1882. He was the son of Charles Hoare and Katherine Hervey.2 He married Lucy Joan Cavendish-Bentinck, daughter of William George Frederick Cavendish-Bentinck and Ruth Mary St. Maur, on 9 November 1922.2 He died on 12 August 1954 at age 72.2
     He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.).1 He held the office of Envoy Extraordinary and Minister plenipotentiary to Persia between 1931 and 1934.2 He held the office of Envoy Extraordinary and Minister plenipotentiary to Romania between 1934 and 1941.2 He was a diplomat and banker.3 He lived at Pine Crest, Hawley, Camberley, Surrey, England.1 He lived at 80 Harley House, Marylebone Road, London, England.1

     Lady Charlotte Scott-Bentinck was the daughter of William Henry Cavendish-Scott-Bentinck, 4th Duke of Portland and Henrietta Scott.1 She married John Evelyn Denison, 1st Viscount Ossington, son of John Denison, on 14 July 1827.1 She died on 30 September 1889.1
      Her married name became Denison. On 26 June 1882 her name was legally changed to Charlotte Scott by Royal Licence.1

John Evelyn Denison, 1st Viscount Ossington1

     John Evelyn Denison, 1st Viscount Ossington was born on 27 January 1800. He was the son of John Denison.2 He married Lady Charlotte Scott-Bentinck, daughter of William Henry Cavendish-Scott-Bentinck, 4th Duke of Portland and Henrietta Scott, on 14 July 1827.3 He died on 7 March 1873 at age 73.
     He gained the title of 1st Viscount Ossington. He held the office of Speaker of the House of Commons in 1857.2

      From 8 November 1828, her married name became Ellis.

     John Hyde Arbuthnott was born on 7 March 1932.1 He was the son of Commander James Gordon Arbuthnott and Margaret Georgina Hyde.1 He married Patience Sarah Wainman, daughter of Charles Wainman, on 29 December 1955.1 He died in 1981.1
     He was educated at Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, Devon, England.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Navy.1
