Sir Reginald Hervey Hoare was born on 19 July 1882. He was the son of Charles Hoare. He married Lucy Joan Cavendish-Bentinck, daughter of William George Frederick Cavendish-Bentinck and Ruth Mary St. Maur, on 9 November 1922. He died on 12 August 1954 at age 72.
Sir Reginald Hervey Hoare was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.).1 He was a diplomat and banker.2 He lived at 80 Harley House, Marylebone Road, London, England.1 He lived at Pine Crest, Hawley, Camberley, Surrey, England.1
