Sir Thomas Fowell Victor Buxton, 4th Bt. was born on 8 April 1865.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Fowell Buxton, 3rd Bt. and Lady Victoria Noel.2 He married Anne Louisa Matilda O'Rorke, daughter of Reverend Henry Thomas O'Rorke, on 10 October 1888.1 He died on 31 May 1919 at age 54.1

He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He gained the rank of Temporary Major in the service of the 2nd Battalion, Essex Volunteer Regiment.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Essex.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Essex in 1905.1 He succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Buxton, of Bellfield and Runton, co. Mechtild Corisande Renira Mary Gräfin Bentinck was born on 20 December 1877.1 She was the daughter of William Charles Philip Otho Aldenburg-Bentinck, 6th Graf Bentinck and Mary Cornelia de Heeckeren, Baroness de Heeckeren.1 She married Casimir Fürst zu Castell-Rüdenhausen, son of Wolfgang Fürst zu Castell-Rüdenhausen and Emma Prinzessin zu Ysenburg und Büdingen in Büdingen, on 1 September 1905.1 She died on 13 December 1940 at age 62.1
