     From 18 May 1812, her married name became Burke.

     Sir Thomas John Burke, 3rd Bt. was born on 7 June 1813.2 He was the son of Colonel Sir John Burke, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Mary Calcraft.2 He married Lady Mary Frances Nugent, daughter of Anthony Francis Nugent, 9th Earl of Westmeath and Anne Catherine Daly, on 21 February 1857.2 He died on 9 December 1875 at age 62 at Marble Hill, County Galway, IrelandG.3
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 1st Dragoons.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Galway in 1847.2 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Burke, of Marble Hill, co. Galway [I., 1797] on 14 September 1847.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)2

     He held the office of Master of the Court of Common Pleas [Ireland] between 1852 and 1882.1
