     Lieutenant James Sinclair was the son of Captain Patrick Sinclair and Anne Sutherland.2 He died on 21 July 1801, killed in action, unmarried.1
     Lieutenant James Sinclair gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Navy.1
