     Hon. Beatrix Drummond is the daughter of David Drummond, 3rd Lord Maderty.2 She married Sir John Carmichael, 1st Earl of Hyndford, son of William Carmichael, Master of Carmichael and Lady Grizel Douglas, on 9 October 1669.1
     From 9 October 1669, her married name became Carmichael.1 As a result of her marriage, Hon. Beatrix Drummond was styled as Countess of Hyndford on 25 June 1701.
