     He succeeded to the title of 7th Baronet McAlpine, of Knott Park, Surrey [U.K., 1918].2 He was educated at Stowe School, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, England.2

     Sir Simon Warley Frederick Benton Jones, 4th Bt. was born on 11 September 1941.1 He is the son of Sir Peter Fawcett Benton Jones, 3rd Bt. and Nancy Pickering.1 He married Margaret Fiona Dickson, daughter of David Rutherford Dickson, on 14 April 1966.2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1963 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).2 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lincolnshire between 1971 and 2000.2 He succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Jones, of Treeton, West Riding, co. York [U.K., 1919] in 1972.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Lincolnshire between 1977 and 1978.2 He was Chairmam of the Lincolnshire Magistrate's Court between 1996 and 2000.2 He lived in 2003 at Irnham Hall, Grantham, Lincolnshire, England.2

     Sarah Hyde was the daughter of John Hyde and Sarah Burton.1 She married Henry Boyle, 3rd Earl of Shannon, son of Richard Boyle, 2nd Earl of Shannon and Catharine Ponsonby, on 7 June 1798.1 She died on 6 September 1820.1
      From 7 June 1798, her married name became Boyle.1

Alice Elizabeth Mulholland was the daughter of John Mulholland, 1st Baron Dunleath of Ballywalter and Frances Louisa Lyle.2 She married John George Beresford Massy-Beresford, son of Very Rev. John Maunsell Massy-Beresford and Emily Sarah Beresford, on 22 November 1892.2 She died on 23 November 1948.1
      From 22 November 1892, her married name became Massy-Beresford.1

     Brigadier Tristram Hugh Massy-Beresford was born on 10 April 1896.1 He was the son of John George Beresford Massy-Beresford and Hon. Alice Elizabeth Mulholland.2 He married Helen Lindsay Lawford, daughter of Lindsay Crompton Lawford and Helen Ada Southern, on 25 August 1927.1 He died in 1987.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated First World War.1 He fought in the Second World War, in the Far East, where he became a POW.1 He gained the rank of Brigadier in the service of the Rifle Brigade.1 He was decorated with the award of the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1945.1 He was decorated with the award of the Military Cross (M.C.).1

     Lindsay Crompton Lawford was born in 1857.2 He was the son of George Lawford and Frances Bischoff.2 He married, firstly, Margaret Jane Thomson at Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.2 He and Margaret Jane Thomson were divorced in 1896.2 He married, secondly, Helen Ada Southern after 1896.2 He and Margaret Jane Thomson were separated in 1893.2 He died in 1929.2
     He lived in 1893 at Sherbrooke Lodge, Wandsworth Common, London, England.2 He lived at Montreal, Quebec, Canada, a naval attaché.1,2

      Helen Lindsay Lawford also went by the nick-name of Mollie.2 From 25 August 1927, her married name became Massy-Beresford.1
