     Washington Sewallis Shirley, 9th Earl Ferrers was born on 3 January 1822.¹ He was the son of Robert William Shirley, Viscount Tamworth and Anne Weston.^1,2 He married Lady Augusta Annabella Chichester, daughter of Edward Chichester, 4th Marquess of Donegall and Amelia Spread Deane Grady, on 23 July 1844.¹ He died on 13 March 1859 at age 37.¹
     He succeeded as the 15th Baronet Shirley, of Staunton Harold [E., 1611] on 2 October 1842.¹ He succeeded as the 9th Earl Ferrers [G.B., 1711] on 2 October 1842.¹ He succeeded as the 9th Viscount Tamworth, of co. Stafford [G.B., 1711] on 2 October 1842.¹

     John Eccleston is the son of William Eccleston and Rose Brabazon.¹
     He lived at Termonfeckin, County Louth, Ireland^G.¹

     Frederick Henry Walsh married Lady Augusta Annabella Chichester, daughter of Edward Chichester, 4th Marquess of Donegall and Amelia Spread Deane Grady, on 15 June 1864.¹

     Lord Hamilton Francis Chichester was born on 9 March 1810.¹ He was the son of Sir George Augustus Chichester, 2nd Marquess of Donegall and Anna May.¹ He married Honoria Anastatia Blake, daughter of Colonel Henry James Blake and Anne French, on 7 December 1837.¹ He died on 1 January 1854 at age 43.¹

     S/Ldr. John Pink was the son of A/Cdre. Richard Charles Pink.² He married Daphne Joan Van de Weyer, daughter of Major William John Bates Van de Weyer and Hon. Olive Elizabeth Wingfield, on 9 August 1939.¹ He died on 9 March 1941, while on active service.^1,2
     He gained the rank of Squadron Leader in the Royal Air Force.¹

     Honoria Anastatia Blake was born on 24 June 1800.² She was the daughter of Colonel Henry James Blake and Anne French.^1,2 She married Lord Hamilton Francis Chichester, son of Sir George Augustus Chichester, 2nd Marquess of Donegall and Anna May, on 7 December 1837.¹ She died on 7 February 1878 at age 77.¹
     From 7 December 1837, her married name became Chichester.¹

     Beatrice Snow is the daughter of Edmund Snow.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Alan George Chichester, son of Hon. Frederick Arthur Henry Chichester and Frances Marianne Tighe, on 2 June 1909.¹
     From 2 June 1909, her married name became Chichester.¹
