     Timothy Hetherington Earle Bulwer-Long is the son of Brigadier Hetherington Bulwer-Long.2 He married Rosamond Aileen Coote, daughter of Major Charles Robert Purdon Coote and Noel Margaret Jephson Stracey, on 22 April 1965.1
