     Baptist Noel, 5th Earl of Gainsborough was born on 8 June 1740.1 He was the son of Baptist Noel, 4th Earl of Gainsborough and Elizabeth Chapman.1 He died on 27 May 1759 at age 18.1

     Charlotte Ida Frederica Noel was born on 11 March 1878.1 She was the daughter of Admiral Sir Gerard Henry Uctred Noel and Charlotte Rachel Frederica Cresswell.1 She married Charles Alfred Edward Winnington, son of Sir Francis Salwey Winnington, 5th Bt. and Jane Spencer-Churchill, on 5 January 1929.1 She died on 28 June 1961 at age 83, without issue.1
     Charlotte Ida Frederica Noel was invested as a Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1919.1 From 5 January 1929, her married name became Winnington.1
