Frederick Charles Palmer was born on 3 December 1884.1 He was the son of Sir Alfred Molyneux Palmer, 3rd Bt. and Ellen Edith Young.2 He married Mabel Frances Hughes-Hallett, daughter of Norton Joseph Hughes-Hallett, on 7 October 1913.1 He died on 29 March 1931 at age 46.1

Sir Alfred Molyneux Palmer, 3rd Bt. was born on 3 June 1853.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Mark Palmer, 1st Bt. and Jane Robson.2 He married Ellen Edith Young, daughter of Frederick George Younge, on 31 March 1884.3 He died on 9 August 1935 at age 82.3
He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow on the Hill, London, England.3 He was Chartered Accountant (C.A.) at County Durham, England.3 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Jarrow.3 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Palmer, of Grinkle Park, co. York and of Newcastle-under-Tyne [U.K., 1886] on 23 August 1910.3 He held the office of High Sheriff in 1915.3
