     Annie Maude Gardner was the daughter of W. W. Gardner.1 She married Rt. Rev. William Boyd Carpenter, son of Reverend Henry Carpenter and Hester Boyd, in 1883.1 She died in 1915.1

     Charles Bowyer Adderley, 1st Baron Norton was born on 2 August 1814.1 He married Hon. Julia Anne Eliza Leigh, daughter of Chandos Leigh, 1st Baron Leigh of Stoneleigh and Margarette Willes, on 28 July 1842.1 He died on 28 March 1905 at age 90.1
     Charles Bowyer Adderley, 1st Baron Norton gained the title of 1st Baron Norton.
