     Robert Maitland was born on 11 March 1623.2 He was the son of John Maitland, 1st Earl of Lauderdale and Lady Isabel Seton.2 He married Margaret Lundie, daughter of John Lundie of that Ilk and Katherine Lindsay, on 25 April 1648.1,2 He died on 15 December 1658 at age 35 at Lundin, Fife, Scotland.2
     He lived at Lundin, Fife, ScotlandG.1

     Robert Drummond of Lundin was baptised on 8 December 1675 at Largo, Fife, Scotland.2 He was the son of John Drummond, 1st Earl of Melfort and Sophia Maitland.1 He married Anne Inglis, daughter of Sir James Inglis of Cramond, 1st Bt. and Anne Houstoun, on 5 January 1704 at Largo, Fife, Scotland.1,2 He died in 1716.1

     James Drummond of Lundin was born on 6 November 1707.2 He was the son of Robert Drummond of Lundin and Anne Inglis.2 He was baptised on 10 November 1707 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.3 He married Lady Rachel Bruce, daughter of Thomas Bruce, 7th Earl of Kincardine and Rachel Pauncefort.1 He died on 18 July 1781 at age 73.2
     He was given the name of James Lundin at birth.2 In 1760 his name was legally changed to James Drummond.2 He succeeded as the 14th Lord Drummond [S., 1488] on 6 February 1760, de jure.2 He succeeded as the 10th Earl of Perth [S., 1605] on 6 February 1760, de jure.2

     Thomas Bruce, 7th Earl of Kincardine was born on 19 March 1663.1 He was the son of Alexander Bruce, 4th Earl of Kincardine and Christian Bruce.1 He married Rachel Pauncefort, daughter of Robert Pauncefort, in 1699.1 He died on 23 March 1739/40 at age 77.1
     He was advisor to Prince Charles Edward Stuart.1 He succeeded as the 7th Lord Bruce of Torry [S., 1647] in 1721.1 He succeeded as the 7th Earl of Kincardine [S., 1647] in 1721.1

Clementina Elphinstone was born on 28 August 1749.1 She was the daughter of Charles Elphinstone, 10th Lord Elphinstone and Lady Clementina Fleming.2 She was also reported to have been married on 30 March 1785 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1 She married James Drummond, 1st and last Lord Drummond, Baron Drummond, son of James Drummond of Lundin and Lady Rachel Bruce, on 31 March 1785.3 She died on 31 August 1822 at age 73.3
     From 31 March 1785, her married name became Drummond.3

     James Drummond, 3rd Earl of Melfort was born on 16 May 1708.1 He was the son of John Drummond, 2nd Earl of Melfort and Marie Gabrielle d'Audibert, Comtesse de Lussan.2 He married Marie de Berenger, daughter of François de Berenger, on 29 January 1755.1 He died on 25 December 1766 at age 58.1

     James Lewis Drummond, 4th Earl of Melfort was born on 14 August 1750.1 He was the son of James Drummond, 3rd Earl of Melfort and Marie de Berenger.1 He married Aglaë Elizabeth Jacqueline d'Oms, daughter of unknown d'Oms, Marquis d'Oms, on 30 April 1788.1 He died in September 1800 at age 50 at SpainG.1
     He succeeded as the 4th Lord Drummond of Riccartoun, Castlemains and Gilstoun [S., 1686] on 25 January 1766.1 He succeeded as the 4th Viscount of Melfort [S., 1685] on 25 January 1766.1 He succeeded as the 4th Lord Drummond of Gillestoun [S., 1685] on 25 January 1766.1 He succeeded as the 4th Earl of Melfort [S., 1686] on 25 January 1766.1 He succeeded as the 4th Viscount of Forth [S., 1686] on 25 January 1766.1 He gained the rank of General in the French Army.1 He was awarded the Knight of St. Louis.1 In 1792 the Languedoc estates of the Counts of Lusssan were sequestrated due his joining the emigres under the Comte d'Artois during teh French revolution.1 He succeeded as the 16th Lord Drummond [S., 1488] on 2 July 1800, de jure.2 He succeeded as the 12th Earl of Perth [S., 1605] on 2 July 1800, de jure.2
