Louisa Joan Jocelyn was the daughter of Hon. George Jocelyn. She married, firstly, Reverend Edward Wingfield, son of Richard Wingfield, 4th Viscount Powerscourt and Lady Catherine Meade, on 12 April 1819. She married, secondly, Robert Richard Tighe on 2 August 1833. She died on 17 June 1874.

Hon. George Jocelyn was born on 7 December 1764.2 He was the son of Robert Jocelyn, 1st Earl of Roden and Lady Anne Hamilton.2 He married Thomasine Bowen, daughter of Henry Cole Bowen and Margaret Wilson.3 He died in April 1798 at age 33.2
