     Caesar Franc Thomas Bickerstaffe Plantagenet Colclough was born on 15 September 1886.1 He was the son of Captain Franc Digby Colclough and Louisa Maria Susanna Rossborough-Colclough.2 He died on 6 July 1888 at age 1.1
