     Valentine Patrick Fleming was born on 1 August 1935.2 He is the son of Captain Michael Valentine Paul Fleming and Letitia Blanche Borthwick.1,2 He married Elizabeth Helen Gibbs, daughter of Hon. Sir Geoffrey Cokayne Gibbs and Helen Margaret Leslie, on 14 June 1963.1
     Valentine Patrick Fleming was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.2 He gained the rank of Second Lieutenant in the service of the Grenadier Guards.2 He lived in 2003 at Stonewall Park, Chiddingstone, Edenbridge, Kent, England.2

     Captain Michael Valentine Paul Fleming is the son of Major Valentine Fleming and Evelyn Beatrice Sainte Croix Rose.1,2 He married Letitia Blanche Borthwick, daughter of Hon. Malcolm Algernon Borthwick and Blanche Buckland Gorrie, on 28 July 1934.1 He died on 1 October 1940, from wounds received in action.1
     Captain Michael Valentine Paul Fleming fought in the Second World War. He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry.1
