Andrew Rollo, 5th Lord Rollo of Duncrub1

     Andrew Rollo, 5th Lord Rollo of Duncrub was born on 18 November 1703.2 He was the son of Robert Rollo, 4th Lord Rollo of Duncrub and Mary Woodside.3,4 He married Catherine Murray, daughter of James Murray of Dowally and Anne Murray, on 22 April 1727.2 He died on 2 June 1765 at age 61, without surviving issue by his 1st w:.2
     He gained the title of 5th Lord Rollo of Duncrub.1 He was present Battle of Dettingen , Captain 22nd Foot 1743, Major 1750, Lieutenant-Colonel 1756, Colonel 1762, Brigadier-General (present taking of Louisburg, Nova Scotia, 1758, Canada 1760 and Martinique 1762) in 1743.2 On 16 February 1765 married 2nd Elizabeth (died without issue 6 May 1781), 2nd dau of James Moray 13th of Abercairny.2

     Engelbert von der Mark-Kleve, Comte de Nevers was born on 26 September 1462.1 He was the son of Johann I Graf von der Mark Herzog von Kleve und Graf von Ravensberg and Elizabeth de Bourgogne-Nevers.1 He married Charlotte de Bourbon-Vendôme, daughter of Jean II de Bourbon, Comte de Vendôme and Isabel de Beauveau, on 23 February 1489.1 He died on 21 November 1506 at age 44.1
     He gained the title of Comte de Nevers.

She was the daughter of Jean II de Bourbon, Comte de Vendôme and Isabel de Beauveau.2 She married Engelbert von der Mark-Kleve, Comte de Nevers, son of Johann I Graf von der Mark Herzog von Kleve und Graf von Ravensberg and Elizabeth de Bourgogne-Nevers, on 23 February 1489.2 She died on 14 December 1520.2

     Charles von der Mark-Kleve, Comte de Nevers was born in 1491.1 He was the son of Engelbert von der Mark-Kleve, Comte de Nevers and Charlotte de Bourbon-Vendôme. He married Marie d'Albret, daughter of Jean d'Albret, Sire d'Orval et Baron de Lesparre and Charlotte de Bourgogne, Comtesse de Rethel, on 25 January 1505.1 He died on 17 August 1521.1
     He succeeded to the title of Comte de Nevers in 1506.1

     Marie d'Albret was born on 25 March 1491.1 She was the daughter of Jean d'Albret, Sire d'Orval et Baron de Lesparre and Charlotte de Bourgogne, Comtesse de Rethel.1 She married Charles von der Mark-Kleve, Comte de Nevers, son of Engelbert von der Mark-Kleve, Comte de Nevers and Charlotte de Bourbon-Vendôme, on 25 January 1505.1 She died on 27 October 1549 at age 58 at Castle Meillant, Meillant, France.1

     Lady Amelia Murray was the daughter of John Murray, 1st Marquess of Athole and Lady Amelia Anne Sophia Stanley.1 She married Hugh Fraser, 9th Lord (Fraser of) Lovat, son of Hugh Fraser, 8th Lord (Fraser of) Lovat and Anne Mackenzie, in 1685.1 She died on 6 May 1743.2
      From 1685, her married name became Fraser.1

     Hugh Fraser, 9th Lord (Fraser of) Lovat was born on 28 September 1666.2 He was the son of Hugh Fraser, 8th Lord (Fraser of) Lovat and Anne Mackenzie.1,2 He married Lady Amelia Murray, daughter of John Murray, 1st Marquess of Athole and Lady Amelia Anne Sophia Stanley, in 1685.1 He died on 14 September 1696 at age 29 at Perth, Perthshire, Scotland.2
     He succeeded to the title of 9th Lord Lovat [S., c. 1464] on 27 April 1672.3 On 20 March 1696 he settled his estates on his cousin and heir male (4th son of the 7th Lord).3
