     Dayrolles Blakeney Eveleigh-de Moleyns, 4th Baron Ventry was born on 22 January 1828.1 He was the son of Thomas Townsend Aremberg de Moleyns, 3rd Baron Ventry and Eliza Theodora Blake.2 He married Harriet Elizabeth Frances Wauchope, daughter of Andrew Wauchope, on 12 September 1860.1 He died on 8 February 1914 at age 86.1
     Dayrolles Blakeney Eveleigh-de Moleyns, 4th Baron Ventry was baptised with the name of Dayrolles Blakeney Mullins.1 He was Lieutenant-Colonel of the 4th Battalion, Royal Munster Fusiliers between 1854 and 1885.1 His name was legally changed to Dayrolles Blakeney de Moleyns.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Kerry.1 He succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Mullins, of Ventry, co. Kerry [I., 1797] on 18 January 1868.1 He succeeded to the title of 4th Baron Ventry, of Ventry, co. Kerry [I., 1800] on 18 January 1868.1 He held the office of Representative Peer [Ireland] in 1871.1 On 3 November 1874 his name was legally changed to Dayrolles Blakeney Eveleigh-de Moleyns by Royal Licence.1
