     Annie Berkeley is the daughter of Lionel Berkeley.² She married Alexander Mackintosh, son of Aeneas Mackintosh and Louisa Fanny Sybella MacLeod, on 24 April 1876.¹ She was also reported to have been married on 24 April 1878.³
     She was in the Indian Civil Service.³ From 24 April 1876, her married name became Mackintosh.

     Aeneas Henry Mackintosh was born on 14 November 1854.¹ He was the son of Aeneas Mackintosh and Louisa Fanny Sybella MacLeod.² He died, accidentally shot when a young man.¹

     Lewis Mackintosh was born on 2 July 1856.¹ He was the son of Aeneas Mackintosh and Louisa Fanny Sybella MacLeod.² He died on 22 January 1857.¹

     Duncan Houston Mackintosh was born on 3 February 1860.¹ He was the son of Aeneas Mackintosh and Louisa Fanny Sybella MacLeod.² He married Louisa Mary Kekewich, daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir Arthur Kekewich, on 9 January 1895.¹ He died on 14 November 1944 at age 84.¹
     He was a member of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank.¹

     Rt. Hon. Sir Arthur Kekewich was born on 26 July 1832.² He was the son of Samuel Trehawke Kekewich.² He married Marianne Freshfield, daughter of James William Freshfield, in 1858.² He died on 22 November 1907 at age 75.²
     He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1856 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).² He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn in 1858.² He was invested as a Queen's Counsel (Q.C.) in 1877.² He held the office of Bencher of Lincoln's Inn in 1881.² He held the office of Judge of the Chancery Division in 1886.² He was invested as a Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1906.¹

     Louisa Mary Kekewich was the daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir Arthur Kekewich.² She married Duncan Houston Mackintosh, son of Aeneas Mackintosh and Louisa Fanny Sybella MacLeod, on 9 January 1895.¹ She died on 20 June 1954.¹
      From 9 January 1895, her married name became Mackintosh.

     W. Deans Forster lived at Ponteland, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Northumberland, England.¹

     Malcolm Arthur Aeneas Mackintosh was born on 18 August 1899.¹ He was the son of Duncan Houston Mackintosh and Louisa Mary Kekewich.² He married Hyacinthe Eveline Portal, daughter of Brig.-Gen. Sir Bertram Percy Portal and Hon. Margaret Louisa Littleton, on 15 November 1929.³ He died in 1966.¹
     He lived Drumallin.³ Inverness.³ He fought in the First World War, with Cameron Highlanders.¹

     Etain de Valera was born in 1973.¹ She is the daughter of Eamon de Valera and Patricia McDonagh.¹

     Hyacinthe Eveline Portal was born in 1904.² She is the daughter of Brig.-Gen. Sir Bertram Percy Portal and Hon. Margaret Louisa Littleton.³ She married Malcolm Arthur Aeneas Mackintosh, son of Duncan Houston Mackintosh and Louisa Mary Kekewich, on 15 November 1929.²
      From 15 November 1929, her married name became Mackintosh.
