     Katherine Mackintosh is the daughter of Lachlan 'Mor' Mackintosh, 16th of Mackintosh, 17th Chief of Clan Chattan and Agnes Mackenzie.² She married, secondly, Robert Farquharson, 1st of Finzean, son of Donald Farquharson, 1st of Monaltrie and Janet Ogilvy.² A contract for the marriage of Katherine Mackintosh and Angus 'M'Connell Vic Angus' Macdonald was signed on 24 April 1590.²
     Her married name became Farquharson. She was also known as Margaret Macintosh.^2,3 From 24 April 1590, her married name became Macdonald. She was living on 29 July 1648.²
