     Margaret Cruikshank was the daughter of Patrick Cruikshank of Stracathro.2 She married Robert Ramsay, son of Sir Alexander Ramsay of Balmain, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Bannerman, in May 1817.1 She died on 8 January 1880.1
     From May 1817, her married name became Ramsay.

     William Fullerton Lindsay Carnegie was born on 13 May 1788 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1 He married Lady Jane Christian Carnegie, daughter of Admiral William Carnegie, 7th Earl of Northesk and Mary Ricketts, on 27 December 1820 at Westminster, London, England.1 He died on 13 March 1860 at age 71.1
     He lived at Kinblethmont House, Inverkeilor, Angus, ScotlandG.1

     Susan Lindsay Carnegie was born circa 1828 at Inverkeilor, Angus, Scotland.2 She was the daughter of William Fullerton Lindsay Carnegie and Lady Jane Christian Carnegie.3,2 She married Robert Ramsay, son of Robert Ramsay and Margaret Cruikshank, on 18 April 1855.1 She died on 17 February 1906 at Bridge, Kent, England.1,2
     From 18 April 1855, her married name became Ramsay.1 They had two other daughters who died unmarried.1

     John Marmaduke Ramsay was born on 5 September 1897.1 He was the son of Marmaduke Francis Ramsay and Alice Katherine Angelique Waterfield.2 He died on 13 April 1917 at age 19, from wounds received in action.1
     He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Rifle Brigade.1
