     Ambrosia Gorges was the daughter of Sir Arthur Gorges and Hon. Douglas Howard.1 She died in 1606, unmarried.1

Thomas Howard, 3rd Viscount Howard of Bindon1

     Thomas Howard, 3rd Viscount Howard of Bindon was born after 1542.1 He was the son of Thomas Howard, 1st Viscount Howard of Bindon and Elizabeth Marney.1 He married Grace Duffield, daughter of Bernard Duffield, before 10 January 1580.1 He died on 1 March 1610/11, without issue.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Dorset between 1562 and 1567.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount Howard of Bindon, co. Dorset [E., 1559] on 16 January 1590/91.1 He was appointed Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.) in 1606.1 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Dorset from 1606 to 1607.1 On his death, his viscountancy became extinct.1

     Grace Duffield is the daughter of Bernard Duffield.1 She married Thomas Howard, 3rd Viscount Howard of Bindon, son of Thomas Howard, 1st Viscount Howard of Bindon and Elizabeth Marney, before 10 January 1580.1
     From before 10 January 1580, her married name became Howard.1 After her marriage, Grace Duffield was styled as Viscountess of Howard of Bindon on 16 January 1591.
