     Hon. Charles Edward Hambro was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the service of the Coldstream Guards.1
