     Judge Gwylim Williams was born on 2 May 1839.2 He is the son of David Williams.2 He married Emma Eleanor Williams, daughter of William Williams, on 7 December 1864.2 He died on 25 March 1906 at age 66.2
     He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1863 entitled to practise as a barrister.2 He held the office of Stipendiary Magistrate for Pontypridd between 1872 and 1884.2 He held the office of County Court Judge for Mid-Wales between 1884 and 1885.2 He held the office of County Court Judge for Glamorgan between 1885 and 1906.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He lived at Miskin Manor, Llantrisant, Glamorgan, Wales.2

     Enid Maud Williams was the daughter of Judge Gwylim Williams and Emma Eleanor Williams.2 She married Brig.-Gen. Charles Herbert Rankin, son of Sir James Rankin, 1st Bt. and Annie Laura Bushell, on 25 April 1908.2 She died on 13 August 1938.1

     William Rankin was born on 13 February 1909.1 He was the son of Brig.-Gen. Charles Herbert Rankin and Enid Maud Williams.2 He married Pauline Sinclair Haggie, daughter of Oswald Sinclair Haggie, on 23 May 1939.1 He died on 16 March 1968 at age 59.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He fought in the Second World War, he was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Brigadier in the 15th/19th Hussars.1 He was Commander of the 7th Queen's Own Hussars.1 He was a Military Attaché at Warsaw, Poland.1 He was Commander of the Gulf of Aden Brigade.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1952.1 He was awarded the Order of Orange-Nassau of the Netherlands.1 He was awarded the Haile Selassie Military Medal.1
