     Major Evelyn Ronald Moncrieff Fryer is the son of Frederick Eustace Reade Fryer. He married Marjorie Violet Peel, daughter of Horace Peel and Violet Dalyell, on 22 June 1921.
     Major Evelyn Ronald Moncrieff Fryer gained the rank of Major in the service of the Grenadier Guards.1 He was decorated with the Military Cross (M.C.).1 He lived at Nine Acres, Selborne, Hampshire, England.1

     From 15 March 1946, her married name became Borthwick.1 She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Norfolk in 1960.1 She lived in 2003 at Manor Farm, Brancaster, King's Lynn, Norfolk, England.1
