     Sir David Richard Llewellyn, 1st Bt. was born on 9 March 1879. He married Magdalene Anne Harries, daughter of Reverend Henry Harries, on 19 April 1905. He died on 15 December 1940 at age 61.
     He lived at Bwllfa, Aberdare, Glamorgan, Wales.2 He gained the title of 1st Baronet Llewellyn.

     Gunhild Balck was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir Victor Gustaf Balck.2 She married James St. Vincent Broke Saumarez, 5th Baron de Saumarez, son of James St. Vincent Saumarez, 4th Baron Saumarez and Jane Anne Vere-Broke, on 30 April 1914.1 She died in 1985.1
      Her married name became Saumarez. As a result of her marriage, Gunhild Balck was styled as Baroness de Saumarez on 25 April 1937.
