     Captain Orlando George Gunning-Sutton is the son of Sir George William Gunning, 2nd Bt.2 He married Mary Dorothea Seymour, daughter of Admiral Sir Michael Seymour, 1st Bt. and Jane Hawker, on 22 June 1830.1 He died on 5 May 1852.1
     Captain Orlando George Gunning-Sutton gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Navy.3 He was baptised with the name of Orlando George Gunning.1 On 1850 his name was legally changed to Orlando George Gunning-Sutton by Royal Licence.3

     Guy Herbert Meysey-Thompson was born on 21 September 1901. He was the son of Arthur Herbert Meysey-Thompson and Horatia Dorothy Williamson. He married Miriam Beryl Hand, daughter of Sidney Hand, on 26 June 1934. He died on 10 May 1961 at age 59.
     Guy Herbert Meysey-Thompson gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.
