She married Colonel Osbert Victor George Athling Lumley, son of Richard George Lumley, 9th Earl of Scarbrough and Frederica Mary Adeliza Drummond, on 3 May 1892. She died on 21 November 1933.

Sir George Ogilvy, 2nd Lord Banff was the son of Sir George Ogilvy, 1st Lord Banff and Janet Sutherland.1 A contract for the marriage of Sir George Ogilvy, 2nd Lord Banff and Agnes Falconer was signed on 12 August 1648.2 He died in March 1668.1
Sir George Ogilvy, 2nd Lord Banff held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Nairn in 1644.1 He fought in the Battle of Worcester, for King Charles II.1 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Lord Banff [S., 1642] on 11 August 1663.1 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Ogilvie [S., 1627] on 11 August 1663.1

Agnes Falconer was the daughter of Alexander Falconer, 1st Lord Falconer of Halkertoun and Ann Lindsay.1 A contract for the marriage of Agnes Falconer and Sir George Ogilvy, 2nd Lord Banff was signed on 12 August 1648.2 She died in March 1708.1
