     Guy Wogan Philipps, 4th Baron Milford was born on 25 July 1961.2 He is the son of Hugo John Laurence Philipps, 3rd Baron Milford and Hon. Mary Makins.2 He married, firstly, Rebecca Nicolson, daughter of Nigel Nicolson and Philippa Janet Tennyson-d'Eyncourt, in 1988.2 He and Rebecca Nicolson were divorced in 1996.1 He married, secondly, Alice Sherwood, daughter of Dr. Archie Sherwood, in 1996.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1986 entitled to practise as a barrister.2 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Milford, of Llanstephan, co. Radnor [U.K., 1939] on 4 December 1999.2 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Philipps, of Llanstephan, co. Radnor [U.K., 1919] on 4 December 1999.2 He was appointed Queen's Counsel (Q.C.) in 2002.2

     Wogan Philipps, 2nd Baron Milford was born on 25 February 1902.1 He was the son of Laurence Richard Philipps, 1st Baron Milford and Ethel Georgina Speke.1 He married, firstly, Rosamond Nina Lehmann, daughter of Rudolph Chambers Lehmann and Alice Marie Davis, on 21 November 1928.1 He and Rosamond Nina Lehmann were divorced in 1944.1 He married, secondly, Maria Cristina Casati Stampa di Soncino, daughter of Marchese Camillo Casati Stampa di Soncino and Luisa Amman, on 17 June 1944.1 He married, thirdly, Tamara Kravetz on 20 May 1954.1 He died on 30 November 1993 at age 91.2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He declared himself a Communist.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Milford, of Llanstephan, co.      Katherine Schuyler Garrison was born circa 1903. She was the daughter of William R. Garrison.1 She married Walter Leslie Runciman, 2nd Viscount of Runciman of Doxford, son of Walter Runciman, 1st Viscount Runciman of Doxford and Hilda Stevenson, on 11 April 1932.1 She died in 1993.
     From 11 April 1932, her married name became Runciman. After her marriage, Katherine Schuyler Garrison was styled as Viscountess Runciman of Doxford on 14 November 1949.

     Her married name became Kavanagh.
