Louisa Dorothea Hope was born circa 1811. She was the daughter of General Sir Alexander Hope and Georgiana Brown. She married Reverend Lord Henry Francis Charles Kerr, son of William Kerr, 6th Marquess of Lothian and Lady Harriet Hobart, on 10 September 1832. She died on 18 January 1884.
