David Cecil, 3rd Earl of Exeter was the son of Sir Richard Cecil and Elizabeth Cope.1 He married Lady Elizabeth Egerton, daughter of John Egerton, 1st Earl of Bridgwater and Lady Frances Stanley.2 He died on 18 April 1643 at London, England.2
He succeeded to the title of 4th Baron of Burghley, co. Northampton [E., 1571] on 6 July 1640.1 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Earl of Exeter [E., 1605] on 6 July 1640.1

William Brydges, 4th Baron Chandos of Sudeley was born circa 1552. He was the son of Edmund Brydges, 2nd Baron Chandos of Sudeley and Dorothy Bray.1 He married Mary Hopton, daughter of Sir Owen Hopton and Anne Itchingham.1 He died on 18 November 1602.1 An inquest post mortem was held for his on 3 October 1609 at Marlborough, Wiltshire, England.1
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Cricklade between 1572 and 1578.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Gloucestershire between 1584 and 1587.1 He succeeded to the title of 4th Baron Chandos of Sudeley, co. Gloucester [E., 1554] on 21 February 1593/94.1
