Mary Katharine Long was the daughter of Rear-Admiral Samuel Long.2 She married Hugh Jeffery Middleton, son of Sir Arthur Edward Middleton, 7th Bt. and Lady Constance Harriet Amherst, on 22 July 1905.1 She died on 23 August 1949.1
