     Sir Thomas Pelham, 2nd Bt. was baptised on 22 September 1597.³ He was the son of Sir Thomas Pelham, 1st Bt. and Mary Walsingham.^1,2 He married, secondly, Judith Honeywood, daughter of Sir Robert Honeywood.³ He married, firstly, Mary Wilbraham, daughter of Sir Roger Wilbraham.³ He married, thirdly, Margaret Vane, daughter of Sir Henry Vane.³ He died circa August 1654.¹ He was buried on 28 August 1654.³
     Sir Thomas Pelham, 2nd Bt. held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for East Grinstead from 1621 to 1622.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Sussex from 1624 to 1625.³ He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Pelham, of Laughton, co. Sussex [E., 1611] on 2 December 1624.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Sussex between 1640 and 1648.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Sussex in 1654.³

     Susan Felton was the daughter of Sir Henry Felton, Bt..¹ She married, firstly, Philip Harbord before 1690.¹ She married, secondly, Francis Howard, 6th Baron Howard of Effingham, son of Sir Charles Howard and Frances Courthope, on 20 January 1689/90.¹ She died on 11 December 1726.¹
     From before 1690, her married name became Harbord.¹ Her married name became Howard.

     
     Sir Henry Felton, Bt. gained the title of Baronet Felton.

     Barnaby Hugh Rogerson is the son of Commander Keith Rogerson.¹ He married Hon. Rose Theresa Baring, daughter of Sir John Francis Harcourt Baring, 7th Baron Ashburton and Hon. Susan Mary Renwick, in 1994.¹

     Thomas Howard, 7th Baron Howard of Effingham was baptised on 7 July 1682.¹ He was the son of Francis Howard, 6th Baron Howard of Effingham and Philadelphia Pelham.¹ He married, firstly, Mary Wentworth, daughter of Ruishe Wentworth, on 25 February 1706/7.¹ He married, secondly, Elizabeth Rotheram, daughter of John Rotheram, on 25 January 1722.¹ He died on 13 July 1725 at age 43, without male issue.¹
     Thomas Howard, 7th Baron Howard of Effingham succeeded to the title of 7th Baron Howard of Effingham, co. Surrey [E., 1554] on 30 March 1695.¹

     Francis Howard, 1st Earl of Effingham was born on 20 October 1683.¹ He was the son of Francis Howard, 6th Baron Howard of Effingham and Philadelphia Pelham.¹ He married, firstly, Diana O'Farrell, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Fergus O'Farrell, on 23 February 1713.¹ He married, secondly, Anne Bristow, daughter of unknown Bristow, on 23 May 1728.¹ He died on 12 February 1742/43 at age 59.¹
     Francis Howard, 1st Earl of Effingham succeeded to the title of 8th Baron Howard of Effingham, co. Surrey [E., 1554] on 13 July 1725.¹ He held the office of Deputy Earl Marshal in 1731.¹ He was created 1st Earl of Effingham, co. Surrey [Great Britain] on 8 December 1731.¹

     Diana O'Farrell was born before 1698. She was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Fergus O'Farrell.¹ She married Francis Howard, 1st Earl of Effingham, son of Francis Howard, 6th Baron Howard of Effingham and Philadelphia Pelham, on 23 February 1713.¹
     Her married name became Howard.

     Anne Bristow was born before 1713. She was the daughter of unknown Bristow.¹ She married Francis Howard, 1st Earl of Effingham, son of Francis Howard, 6th Baron Howard of Effingham and Philadelphia Pelham, on 23 May 1728.¹ She died on 15 November 1774, without surviving issue.¹
     Her married name became Howard.

     Elizabeth Beckford was the daughter of Peter Beckford.¹ She married, firstly, Thomas Howard, 2nd Earl of Effingham, son of Francis Howard, 1st Earl of Effingham and Diana O'Farrell, on 14 February 1744/45.¹ She married, secondly, Field Marshal Sir George Howard, son of Lt.-Gen. Hon. Thomas Howard and Mary Morton, on 21 May 1771.¹ She died on 13 October 1791.¹
     Her married name became Howard.
