Mary Violet Pawson was the daughter of William Hargrave Pawson.2 She married Lt.-Col. Frederick George North, 8th Earl of Guilford, son of Dudley Francis North, 7th Earl of Guilford and Georgiana Chetwynd, on 25 June 1901.1 She died on 8 December 1947.1
